    I’m very dissatisfied with this branch. Horrible customer service, seems like no one knows what they are doing. This location should closed it’s so useless. I called before I leave my house to request a document. I was told to just bring my ID when I get there Luda was very rude and didn’t know what she was doing. The bank specialist with curly blonde hair didn’t know what she was doing either. Not sure if you the employees needs more training or the manager purposely hire them to make clients upset. I will never visit this branch again.

    This branch, their entire team, is always so helpful. Make banking enjoyable. Did a financial wellness and learned a lot. Thanks!

    I am not happy about the reduced drive through hours. As a business owner the drive thru should be open past 5 at least days a week. It closes at 4 most days. Also the service is very slow, I think the same people work inside and drive thru. I have been the only car in line and wait over 20 minutes for a simple transaction.
