  This bank is the worst! I attempted to make a cash deposit at one of their atms into another bank account which I have done previously with no problem. When I made the deposit it never went through and came up with error message " forced cash deposit" and then gave me a receipt saying the same but my money was never returned to me. I immediately got on the phone to contact td bank and they said there was nothing they could do till the atm was serviced later that week. They also told me that their bank no longer accepts cash deposits from other banks but they did just up until a month ago, so i was assured there wouldn't be a problem getting my money back. I waited till several days later when I was supposed to receive a call giving me an update on the matter when the atm was serviced, but I received no call. So I call them the day the atm is supposed to be serviced and they said the atm company didn't find anything and that they had to go back to office and check the transactions. It has now been over 2 weeks and I still have heard nothing back from either the bank or Atm company I called again today and a teller I spoke with told me they were passing my case onto the bank manager. Really? After over 2 weeks this is just being brought to the managers attention? I am beside myself with the terrible customer service and lack of communication this bank provides. Stay away from this bank!
