- ASAshley Sherwin4 days ago1.0If I could get negative reviews I would. When you walk in, you will get greeted by a line of customers that have been waiting there far too long. It gets worse, when you finally get to a teller, you will already be annoyed wanting and needing to leave. They will then take their time doing your transactions as they are telling you about their pink bed sheets, and their vibes in there bedroom… then boom! When you think you’re almost done.. the manager will greet you with “oh it’s you! We were just talking crap about you” So now yours 25 mins in, still not done.. They have zero customer service skills, No motivation, and by far the most Unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Oh and if you want an easy access spot or handicap, you will find it filled everytime. It’s the managers favorite spot. No handicap tag either. Embarrassing place to step Foot in.

The manager is grossly unprofessional, tells customers that she was “talking crap” about them & makes you feel like an inconvenience for being a customer & mocks you when expressing your frustrations with customer service! The wait times are the longest I’ve ever seen so if you’re on the clock for banking or have somewhere to be GOOD LUCK! I transferred to Berkshire bank down the street, they have wonderful customer service & are so speedy! They know how to take care of their customers & make you feel welcome. Never EVER again TD!!!

She is friendly and full of patience for me, a non-first language English speaker! This is a good bank, and all the staff are very nice
