Have been here multiple times because this location is convenient for me but each time I can barely hear the tellers from inside the building because the drive-thru speakers have such low volume (specifically the two lanes all the way to the right closest to the main building). Otherwise excellent service - have never experienced any other issues here at all.

- NRNicole RichardsJul 11, 20171.0This is by far the worst bank and branch I ever used. Try your best to avoid banking with them. My first experience with this bank was awful. I went to deposit money into my account at the ATM and my account was not credited. It took over two weeks for me to get my money back and this branch manager Jennifer was so rude and disrespectful. She didn’t do anything to help. Even after that, I tried to give them a chance and do business here but they were all rude. The manager Jennifer is not even knowledgeable about the different programs the bank offers and she is never willing to help. My last straw with this company is when she told me she wasn't going to help me because she helped me in the past. Your job as a manager is to help resolve problems. I truly despise this bank and will never use them for business or personal.
