The absolute worst bank. I have a car loan through them, and it's been a nightmare the entire time. They were taking my payment out of my account, then putting it back in 10 days later, then charging me a late fee. I pay early every month, and pay more than my payment every single month. Today i received a billing statement for $606.77 for late fees i didn't even know existed. Apparently they have been charging me interested on late payments that were their fault, but not telling me they payments existed. I guess the late fees were $193, which is insane by itself considering it was their mistake. The additional $413 on the bill is interest they tacked on to the late fees i didn't even know about. How is this even remotely legal. I would avoid this bank, they are con artists, scammers and low lives.

The most dreadful banking experience I’ve ever had. Every single individual working here was rude down to the security guard in the lobby. I was able to open a bank account online and make my initial deposit of 50, however wasn’t able to use the account unless I provided them with a utility bill or lease. Not direct deposit, not my Id, but my lease or bills. I was adamant about closing my account and threatened to be hit with a fee or have the police called on me if I didint leave the tellers desk. Again the most dreadful banking experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!
