- AAACDec 6, 20251.0They (whether on purpose or not) helped doordash steal hundreds of dollars from me over months by refusing to charge back orders that weren't delivered but were marked as delivered. This is a new scam going around so I hope I can raise awareness of this before others get scammed too. Older photos of related orders (same place ordered from) and photos with empty bags at my door were used to "confirm" the food arrived (even though I still have not gotten what I paid for and have not been compensated for being literally robbed since they reversed the credit) so no customer assistance or law abidance needed. Most likely an employee is getting a kickback for their participation, though there is a chance it was easier to assume the customer was lying because it takes less work for a lazy employee with no conscience. I am inclined to believe the former of the two is what occurred as it happened on multiple occasions so it is likely not a coincidence, however I am not sure exactly what the intentions were as I wasn't the one making the decision. I'll leave that up to those who read this review to determine. That being said, the BBB and FBI are going to hear about this because it might be more widespread and might be affecting other people who use this bank. Wells Fargo, if you look them up, have committed a plethora of crimes in the past which anyone can google if they would like proof. This company could most certainly, without a doubt, and in good faith, be labeled a criminal organization. Avoid at all costs and do not use this bank if you value financial security.
