- MNMj NiaJan 24, 20231.0I opened an account here. There was a promotion for new customers, and the banker didn't apply it for me. Once I asked them why they didn't use the promotion for me, they just tried to justify their fault by giving some unreasonable explanations. So disappointing bankers.
