- STsue tamSep 30, 20251.0Be aware, my friend, if you use Wellsfargo's bill (auto) pay service. Make sure they don't charge you again when you have already made "manual" payment. This service is horrible. I sold the house, shut off the electricity service, and deactivated the (Wells Fargo) auto pay service. But I was charged again. It seems this auto pay service platform just doesn't understand my commands. It didn't pay the bill for three consecutive months when I first set up the auto pay service with Wells Fargo Bank around last November. Everybody knows the consequences of not paying the electricity bill, right? .....late fees, cancelation of service, credit score takes a dip......The branch offers no help and always passes the bucks to NV Energy. Why??? Wells Fargo is the one paying the bill from my check account on my behalf. There must be some idiots working in the online bank bill pay platform that can't understand my orders. Or, more sinister idea : some human deliberation? Because I had too much trouble with this (auto) bill pay system.

They said that on a Saturday which means I would have to call on Sunday. THEY DAY THEY ARE CLOSED. Then they said it would take 5-7 days for my card to get delivered. Checked the mail on the 7th day. No card😡😡😡😡😡. The process of getting a card here is unimaginable.
