I got there a bit early and waited for a bit. I was taken back a bit early and I had a lot of changes to make. The banker was very polite and kind. She helped me carefully do all my banking needs. I think it was just over one hour and everything was completed as I had hoped. Thank you very much for such kind Bankers with excellent customer service skills and patience. Will surely return in the future for more banking needs. Thank you!!!

- PBPaul BJun 14, 20251.0I can’t say enough about how dissatisfied I am with the customer service provided by Wells Fargo. This experience with Wells Fargo began when a loved one suffered a health crisis, and I was listed as Power of Attorney on their account, so I would have access to their funds to arrange for their care. However, Wells Fargo turned, what should have taken several days, into a two month journey, to gain access to the funds. Wells Fargo Legal constantly put up obstacles to me gaining access to the funds, moved the goal posts, and had me expend funds on a legal document that was never required by similar financial institutions. My loved one spent time and effort getting all necessary legal documents prepared, in case the worse day came, and he needed me to administer to his care. Wells Fargo made this already very hard time in my life, even worse. The amount of time I expended to accomplish this, simple task, was unacceptable and lacking compassion on Wells Fargo’s part. Please do your research for situations like this before banking with any financial institution.
