  Bad attitude. Bad service. Tellers act as if your money in your account, is not yours.... also saw a teller treating the person in front of me as a little child..... Have some manners tellers, you only work there, you don’t own the bank.......

  So my husband and I went to to this location so we can join our accounts because we think it’s point less to have two separate accounts and only using one. We got to this location around 5:10 5:15 ish we waited for 50 minuets just to be told that they couldn’t help us to back back again tomorrow. They think we can go when ever the want We got off work early just to do this. My husband works an hour away from here and it was just frustrating that we couldn’t have anything done. Let me tell you that there were other people waiting also and they spoke Spanish. Some lady came out to ask all of us what we needed and they all needed Spanish she offered to help us since I spoke English and could translate to my husband but some other guy came out and said no help them and I’ll help you. Instead of thinking I’ll take them and you can help the ones that talk English killing two with one stone but they had two people helping one lady. They just weren’t as efficient as they should have. Some other guy then said let me see if I can help you but it takes 30 minuets to do what you need and we close in 10 minuets basically saying we can’t do nothing for you. It’s so annoying that we took time off for nothing. If they see it’s time to almost close they should either have more people around that hour or stop having people just standing around talking to each other or just maybe having more efficient people!!! For this really bad experience we are both closing our accounts since for them being customers since 2004 didn’t matter to them. WE WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Hope they actually show this review since they tend to hide what they must to have great reviews!
