- JPJason PreusOct 7, 20251.0Please avoid using the ATM outside at this location. I deposited cash into the ATM and was given an incorrect count of my money by $700. The ATM is not an offical Wells Fargo ATM ( even though it has their branding), and I was told to submit a claim. I know the exact bills that I used in the deposit because I was depositing the money for someone else and had counted it three times. I made a claim which was denied and then later raised this claim to a higher up Wells Fargo support. My claim was denied without much back up from them other than "sorry that is just our answer". I closed my account after 21 years and will not bank again with Wells Fargo ever again. People inside are very nice but I have no idea how much money I have had stolen from me as I have used this ATM for years without a second thought until now. Update: 11/23 - After the investigation by the Wells Fargo team I can say without a doubt that my money was not properly recorded. I informed the claim team of the exact amount of hundereds that were used and when they sent the count to me, the number is way off. I know that this money is was deposited and exactly the numbers of bills I had. The hundreds were counted multiple times by myself and others. I am happy to have closed my account, becuase whoever " checked the ATM" for the missing money could not find it, I believe kept it for themselves.
