  Well the teller whom I encounter was not well mannered.. i usually put the account number on the envelope see to it that it will posted properly , after I get the deposit slip it’s not the same that was on the envelope..so I return to the said teller with the help of another teller.. they said it was change of account .. soi insist that it be vet happen , the the teller told me that I confirm it.. and I told her n ask her to put the account number on what on the paper .. is blaming me not check the confirmation .. I told her I am confident that she put what I said to put on .. I am so disappointed with this teller, I’ve been in wells Fargo for along time , and depositing at the same way.. I didn’t even hear from them to say for inconvenient they have done

  Apparently, you can't break a big bill or cash out coins unless you have an account with them. Back in 2014, they created fake accounts for me and gave me only 200 bux as part of a big class action settlement. I will never bank with them.

  This branch on Neil Rd doesn't provide customer service, as they don't answer the phone.

  I bank with Wells Fargo because they have an ATM on every street corner it seems. My experiences are okay I'd say above average a good solid bank for a large bank. One thing I don't like is that they put plexi glass between the customers and the tellers and most banks. I know this is because the responding to high crime but if a man with a gun is in the lobby what happens to all the bankers and business bankers out in the lobby with them? Just saying I would hate to be one of the employees outside of the plexiglass when a robbery goes down.
