- MCMARILYN CAVENERSep 2, 20252.0Well the teller whom I encounter was not well mannered.. i usually put the account number on the envelope see to it that it will posted properly , after I get the deposit slip it’s not the same that was on the envelope..so I return to the said teller with the help of another teller.. they said it was change of account .. soi insist that it be vet happen , the the teller told me that I confirm it.. and I told her n ask her to put the account number on what on the paper .. is blaming me not check the confirmation .. I told her I am confident that she put what I said to put on .. I am so disappointed with this teller, I’ve been in wells Fargo for along time , and depositing at the same way.. I didn’t even hear from them to say for inconvenient they have done
- SOSteve OFeb 20, 20241.0Something is wrong with this branch. On multiple occasions, I've tried to withdraw or transfer MY money from MY account, but been denied because it was "pending". Even when the app showed the money as available, the teller (and manager) told me it's not. And every time this has happened, I immediately drove to another branch in Reno, and was able to take out the money with no questions asked. None of the Wells Fargo branches are great, but I definitely avoid this one now.
