    I have an account at this bank since 2010 been very happy however did not open at this branch. Very disappointed Wells Fargo is closing branches, I’m an old goat 🐐 and do not find it easy to do on line banking or travel miles to do my banking however this branch is only 20 miles farther away than my old branch however it is still an inconvenience. “STOP CLOSING BRANCHES” or you’re going to lose Customers. Also I’ve tried to open additional accounts for my banking needs several times, never anyone available to open accounts. Been in branch to withdraw funds and see bankers not doing anything but sitting behind desk and when I ask if I can open additional accounts with them they tell me they are busy, to make an appointment but I’m disabled and it’s hard to get around and besides I can never get an appointment because I’m told on phone that bankers are not available when I’m available to come down or I have to make an appointment three weeks out. Do you know what you will be doing three weeks from now. I’m disabled, I have doctor’s appointments to go to, sometimes I’m in pain. Sometimes I can’t even get out of bed. Doesn’t anyone care about Customers anymore.

    The branch manager of this location refuses to withdraw money from my account because my signature doesn’t match???? I’m wearing a Trump 2020 hat and she’s Hispanic. Isn’t that coincidental. I’ve banked with Wells for years now and have traveled all over this country. But here in Reno, NV..., this racist manager refuses me?? I have two forms of ID.. I am a disabled veteran. This is an outrage. I will be withdrawing ALL of my money from this bank and I suggest EVERYONE do the same! Oh yea, I am Latin too!
