Need an appointment for everything even when everyone is standing around and even then you have to make the appointment online because they won’t help you. We will never go to this branch again. This has happened several times on different occasions.

My daughter applied for a personal loan with a 753 score. Was denied. We call on the phone and made an appointment to see a personal banker as a follow up. We we told due to COVID Wells is no longer offering loans and we should look elsewhere. I was confused and disappointed that they even made an appointment. Going shopping tomorrow.
