Need an appointment for everything even when everyone is standing around and even then you have to make the appointment online because they won’t help you. We will never go to this branch again. This has happened several times on different occasions.

The staff is friendly and strives to be helpful, Kim the manager is always ready to assist, and I have never had a negative experience there. I've banked at Reno Wells branches for 2 1/2 years now and this is easily my favorite location to bank.
