They proceeded to cancel the incorrect card--they cancelled by ONLY OTHER CARD (aka my Visa through them) and left me without either card days before Christmas. NSB (this Branch and their Help Line) promised me that they could fix it and, at the very least, un-cancel my credit card. They couldn't help and made no attempts to make up for it. Worst time of the year for this to happen. UPDATE: The NSB Bank branch in question gave me a bottle of wine and an in person apology- that was a nice touch. The issue couldn't be fixed but I felt heard.
