- MMM M (MM)Sep 30, 20252.0I've had more negative experiences with employees than I've had with the ATM. The employees seem to have been brought over from DMV. On several occasions making a simple deposit of checks under $1000 has taken over 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. On top of that, money being deposited can take OVER a week to post and be deposited in the account even when it's cash that is being deposited. Very frustrating when bills need to be paid in a timely manner. I can respect that this is a local and smaller bank but the fact that it takes so long to have access to your funds is out of line.

I had a big order that was going to take some time to fulfill. Not once did she make me feel bad for coming in late. She took her time made me feel welcome and made sure to give me excellent customer service. The team here is great! Always very friendly and welcoming.
- MMMadman MikeApr 13, 20225.0I sure don't see where "Maria" gets off calling this bank "TRASH". I have dealt wit many of the people there and have NEVER had any problems or issues with any of them. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly gesture of hello's, good mornings, etc. I've never had to wait in line more than a few minutes and yesterday walked straight to the counter. So if you are looking for a bank with good people, fast moving lines and one that makes you feel welcomed, give them a try. Or, go to Bank of America where you are just a number, and stand in their lines till you've pulled out all of your hair just to be greeted by the teller that calls you "Ol' Baldy"!

Sometimes slow at the drive up window but mostly due to being short staffed but I don't think its by choice. They did the PPP stimulus for our company. Very fast and no glitches. Our preferred bank by far!
