  They have one job, and they mess it up in every possible way. Customer service is unhelpful, won't lift a finger even when they're in the wrong. Their mistakes have cost me money every month.

  After financing my bike with these folks I have been getting an obscene amount of spam and scam calls. I can't confirm that they sold my information, but there aren't many others who have my contact information, and not one other that I can think of that would share my contact info without asking first. Also, after paying off the "loan payoff amount" - the loan is not actually paid off. I issued a check for the exact amount they gave me, and received a call the following month that the account was past due. Not by a little amount either. In good faith I got the next "loan payoff amount" and paid that immediately. Received another call again this month that the account is past due, and yet MORE $$ is owed. This is a scam company masquerading as a lender. STAY AWAY.

  Not happy with the quality of service here. I never had a problem until I traded in a bike I had financed through Freedom Road. That was on August 20th. My dealer issued a payoff and Freedom Road kept saying they had not been paid and I had to continue making payments on a bike that was no longer mine. After several calls and emails with the dealer providing me with information confirming they had issued payment (and that the money left their account), Freedom Road kept blaming the dealer. I had to beg the dealer to call up Freedom Road to put it all to bed. Finally, today (October 1st) my account shows paid off. I will be leery to use them again.

  Short Version: I sold my motorcycle and paid off my loan 8/20/25. I need the title to transfer ownership. It is now 9/10/25 (21 days later) and I have still not received my title. Also said that they mailed a release of interest 6 days ago. They are in Reno and I am in SE Washington State. Mail should take 3 days. They are blaming USPS. I guess USPS is only loosing their mail. Read the Google Reviews, this is not an isolated issue. I question their physical record keeping practices. It sure seems like too many titles are being "lost in the mail". I recommend that you use a different financial institution.

  Be careful for how you finance with this company. They will tell you if you're a little bit behind. It's okay. We'll take care of you and then when you think you're okay, they put you in repossession even though you've had multiple phone calls and they'll tell you. Oh well. The phone calls don't work within each center so we can't see exactly so I would say be very careful with financing with this company. I had a hardship. I fell out the forms for the hardship. Now all of a sudden they can't find it and now they want to place it for repo even though I already did the hardship that was supposed to defer up to 2 months and then now they're coming up after me saying I never did it and they want to charge an extra almost $500 extra charge on top for each. So be very careful when financing with this company. Very shady and FYI even if you make a payment they won't tell you till after that a repossession on the record will still be charged on top of your account even though it's been a day and it was never supposed to go to repo yet and they will say oh well your contact says after a month we can repo but the customer service will say no it takes about 3 months if you don't pay then for sure it will be repo but I was told that the 2 months would be added to the end of The finance with a small fee of late but no now. I also have to worry about a repossession payment now after a day even though I sat on the phone for hours and called mobile times to discuss the issues. So stay aware. Be careful all
