There were many decisions, financialy that I did not know how to navigate and Kyle welcomed me into his office and provided guidance and created a structure to maintain my financial independence as I entered retirement. Before retirement, I had never considered working with a financial planner. Looking back, I wish I had reached out sooner. I could have learned so much earlier about things, like whether it makes more sense to make an extra mortgage payment or put more money into my IRA. Kyle helped me understand options I hadn't even thought about before and showed me how to make the most of my money without feeling overwhelmed. One thing I truly appreciate about Kyle is how he stays in touch. He calls every few months just to check in, not only about fianances, but to see how I'm doing personally. We meet once a year in person to go over my goals, review my accounts, and make sure everything is on track. I always leave those meetings feeling reassured and informed. Kyle is easy to reach and always gets back to me quickly. He takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense to me. I need to mention Suzanna Johnson, the Senior Branch Office Administrator. She's wonderful. She's warm, efficient, and always kind when I call or stop by. Together, Kyle and Suzanna make the Edward Jones office a genuinely welcoming place.
