My husband and I had been trying to open an account there by dropping in a couple of times without an appointment to no avail and had to leave because the branch was very understaffed. We saw Rosa each time and she was very kind, apologetic and seemed very sincere. We decided to try one more time and she greeted us as soon as we entered, remembering us. She opened an account while training a new hire and we were blown away by the level of customer service we were given, unlike any other experience we have had at a bank all these years. Thank you Rosa. Whatever you are making, I think the bank should give you a raise!
