I couldn’t do the wire online because there is an online limit. Then I couldn’t do it at the first two branches I went to. Finally found one but it took an hour. I’m removing every dollar we have at Wells Fargo. It is a terrible institution. May you lose every customer you have.
- CVColeco Vw.Sep 16, 20251.0I made a cash deposit in the bank as of today and what Wells Fargo requires you to do when you make a deposit is you must show them your debit card and your state ID or drivers license I left the bank after making a large amount deposit in cash couple hours later I went to check my bank account and It showed no cash deposit. Luckily, I had my receipt. My receipt shows that they deposited my money into somebody else's account so now I've lost my money for 10 days. Do not do business with this bank. Do not do cash deposits with this bank they need to shut it down. You cannot trust this bank.

I was $9 short on an ACH, with plenty of $ to cover in my savings account. Instead the item is returned and now the ACH will cost me the original ACH plus $35 NSF fee. Then reach out to customer serivce which was pretty useless... not to mention the rep was rude and condesending thoerugh the entire chat. I even said that this was BS... and I got scolded for cursing... like... WHAT? I said BS and it was not directed at the agent.
