Multiple times, I have gone to this location and been witness to the younger employees shirking their duties. Every time I'm the next in line they start gabbing to each other for several minutes, holding up the entire line. Then one will point me to the nice, elderly teller they've condemned all the way at the furthest booth. She handles my transactions with no problems. But then when I get home they immediately call or leave me a message asking for feedback. Specifically, feedback about the one elderly teller. They way they spoke about her sounded to me like they're looking for ways to get her fired. Evil people work here. I hope the younger employees get fired.

I rarely, if ever, give one star reviews. Probably some people have good experiences at this branch, but all I can speak to is my own experience, which was not good. I needed a document notarized since a week ago, couldn't find an appointment close by my house nor sooner, so I had to wait until my appointment today at this location. I had my document printed out and ready to go. I get there, and a female employee (unfortunately, don't remember her name to give her a shout out) asked me what document I needed notarized. She looked at it and said that there were missing pages. This caught me off guard, I thought I had everything. At the bottom of the page it says page 3 or 6, and it is the page that had the notarized signature, and the first pages were the name and info. Ok, so I look up the document online (easily obtainable as a public document) and the last 3 pages are a checklist for an applicant, there is no info there to notarize. I show it to her, she doesn't even look at it and says she can't notarize without all the pages. I ask her if we can print them (I had driven 20 mins to get there and I don't walk around with a printer handy). She says no that is against policy. I ask her if there is any way to print it, noting the time waited and the time spent driving. She goes to ask the manager, she says, comes back says it can't be done. Irony is that about two weeks ago another Wells Fargo branch notarized THE SAME DOCUMENT, with the first 3 pages. Didn't say a word. I didn't even know there were more pages because I had just printed out the pertinent stuff (saving trees, etc, no reason to print out pages with nothing to notarize). The friendly customer service option would have been to look at the rest of the pages or print them out, their choice, but I give a big thumbs down to the way they handled it today. Did they have friendly customer service? Nope. Did they show they cared about me in any way? Nope. So there you have it. My own experience merits 1 star out of 5.

Horrible customer service. Its a financial institution, however, they use "Google" as their database to verify checks issued, problem lies; if you work at McDonald's and they want to verify your check, they will be talking to someone who will ask them "Can I take your order please?" Waiting time is beyond ridiculous, take the time to go to a better reviewed wellsfargo
