  Multiple times, I have gone to this location and been witness to the younger employees shirking their duties. Every time I'm the next in line they start gabbing to each other for several minutes, holding up the entire line. Then one will point me to the nice, elderly teller they've condemned all the way at the furthest booth. She handles my transactions with no problems. But then when I get home they immediately call or leave me a message asking for feedback. Specifically, feedback about the one elderly teller. They way they spoke about her sounded to me like they're looking for ways to get her fired. Evil people work here. I hope the younger employees get fired.

  This bank refused to let my retirement client fund his own retirement account, lied to his face the defamed me as their financial advisor. This is an illegal and fraudulent practice. These people are predators. Don’t ever use them

  I want to give it zero stars but is not possible. The service on this branch has gone to the toilet in the last few years. I went to make a notary appointment for the only days off I have, I have waited half and an hour and the manager came back with two appointments she made for days I am not off. She could have looked at the schedule, told me she had nothing and maybe I could have made it to another branch. I have been a customer for many decades and this is what I get. I try to make an appoitment on Bank of America and I was in and out of the bank in less the 10 minutes and I don't bank with them.

  Horrible customer service. I am not apart of Wells Fargo anymore. I decided to cash my check there because it was a Wellsfargo check and I must say that I was helped by an older Asian woman who was super rude. I asked if I would be charged for an envelope and the manager walked passed her and said maybe we should charge so that we could get more money from people who aren’t members .She was a Hispanic middle aged woman who was so rude to me from the beginning like she owned the place. I now realize why I have taken my business elsewhere!!

  Went there to cash my SSI check and the teller Nicole was fantastic. She was very upbeat and energetic. She answered all my questions. She was very detailed in her answers.
