It use to be the best bank, now it's so inconvenient they only have 5 branches open in las vegas only 2 open on Saturday. you have to make appointments to see a banker if you have any issues you have to be on the phone for at least 40 minutes. An on top of that the first thing they say it's to strongly use the app or the automatic system. I'm serious it's really stressful. I'm definitely going back to wells fargo. At least they have more branches open and they answer faster.

Other reviewer was right though, it is NOT on deer springs way, It is on Deer Springs Road. At the corner of Deer Springs and Aliante. In the Smiths Plaza, better still close to Lee's Discount Liquor!! Get your bank on and your drink on in the same plaza. You can get your Eat on too at the Bomb NY Style Pizza place too.
