Not that any banking institute cares about people's struggles...but when dealing with a small town bank not to mention the only bank here you would think they would deal with customers a bit better than just being told we'll you were late and this what you owe while I was there to pay the 23 dollars.

Give it time Justin they’ve been great until a month ago now they’re playing with my veteran partner…US Bank going to take care of our veteran. Disgusting just terrible community care they know us very well and mistreated us!! Good bye not a good long term bank option go to Fallon or Winnemucca and another bank who cares about veterans and their community.
