    I worked with a loan officer named Jon Dedeaux, who assured me that I would receive funding based solely on my personal credit score, which is 750. He stated the process would take about 10 days. However, more than two weeks after submitting my application, I received an email from him stating that I was declined due to a low BUSINESS CREDIT SCORE, something he never mentioned during our initial discussions. Had he informed me that a business credit score was required, I would not have applied, as I currently don’t have one. I feel I was misled simply to have another application added to his pipeline. This experience was both unprofessional and unethical.

    Erika Hughes, the branch manager is always so helpful to me. She’s always available to assist me, she’s professional and personable. Bank of Nevada is lucky to have her. I appreciate her and her staff for their fantastic customer service! Other banks treat you like robots, this branch treats you like family!!!

    Llova Shigemoto has been my favorite customer service rep for more than 20 years. B of N was smart to see her ability and loyalty and gave her a greater ability to serve her customers like my business, me and my family. Llova is fabulous!

    25 years and counting. Bank of Nevada is the best. The Hualapai branch continues to amaze me. The staff, Luva, JC, Melody, April, Kristina and more, always understand my needs, are courteous and helpful, and go above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Thank you for always being there for me while managing a very busy branch....
