They were both friendly, professional, and very thorough in reviewing the details of my wire transfer. This branch truly delivers the best service I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Yesterday, I was having the worst day ever which I thought was going to be exacerbated by a rather complicated transaction. While at first it looked like the transaction was not going to work...Ingrid and her supervisors figured out a way to make it happen...SAVING THE DAY!! We have had a few accounts in different banks over the years , some of them national ones and we were always disappointed with the level of service- to a point where it made it impossible to run the business. Ever since we made the switch to Bank of NV years ago and especially the Durango/Flamingo branch we’ve had nothing but great experiences. From the personal touch you get from the tellers and managers through the professionalism they demonstrate when we had challenges with our business. One time we asked them for a research job of all transactions from years ago including image scans etc… we had asked for it in the morning and by the evening it was already done. Pro tip: ask Tom for betting tips on Hockey, thank us later. NV&ML
