  If I could give 100 stars I would because the team downtown from William the adviser to the teller and most definitely the manager there at that location has been nothing but phenomenal to me and has worked and is working extremely hard to help me with opening up my new account and cashing a large check. Mind you it took me going to literally three other branches who just kinda rushed me out the door. But not this amazing people, despite me arriving thirty minutes before they were closing and their printers not even working. The manager and adviser thought outside the box inorder to hopefully getting my new bank account open and I can't express enought thanks. Seriously, THANKS. love this bank and can't recommend it enough. Hope to have these folks on my team and I will go to them for all my banking needs and I recommend you do as well. .thanks WAB .

  I lead a public school that banks with Bank of Nevada and the City Parkway branch is our favorite place to go whenever we need in-person assistance with our business account. We recently had an issue with our payroll processor Gusto's ACH transfers and needed fast help to get paper checks out to our staff. Rachel at this branch sat with us to work through a list of wire transfers and cashier's checks. That night and the next morning, their phone support helped us make quick stop payments when the payroll processor tried to charge us twice. And this week Christina and Katie have helped us update names on our account. Everyone answers calls right away, you get direct numbers to the people you need, and in all of my interactions from online banking support to in-person assistance the Bank of Nevada team is fast and professional. During COVID-19 we had a number of similar interactions where people like Dean and Joan helped us quickly apply for grants and loans to continue our community food services and instructional programs without interruption. We also get calls from actual people when a check signature looks off or when they have any concern about bank activity. Bank of Nevada represents the best of what you can expect from a regional bank and for small and medium-sized businesses that want real local support with their banking needs. We're grateful to have the team at the City Parkway location close at hand!
