- JBJulio BazanAug 22, 20251.0Everytime I go in here it seems like they make an excuse not to help. The lines are usually pretty long and the service is sub par. I came in to have a cashiers check re issued. The banker had an appointment in 45 minutes and said he had no time as the appointment was on their way. Which I didn’t understand 45 mins seems like ample time. So he did not help. I called Wells Fargo and they were surprised as issuing a check takes just a few minutes. They suggested I go back in and try again. This is only the most recent issue I’ve had with them over the years. I closed my account here long ago. But have ties due to other financial obligations to this bank. If there was a way to never step foot into this branch again I would love that.
