The key didn’t work and The General Manager at this store did everything possible to solve the problem because I was in a need to use my Passport the very next day. This branch is always clean and all the employees here are always happy and willing to help all the customers! Thanks everyone for doing a great job!

She seemed rushed and careless to give out any information although the lady did say that they didn’t have any time to open up an account. I couldn’t believe it, although there were eight girls behind the counter. I came in trying to open an account, but it didn’t happen. None of my questions were answered a waste of my time going out of my way. I was really looking forward to opening an account due to the promotion. Very nice inside never been inside of a Wells Fargo bank
