- TOtzigane osborneSep 30, 20255.0Honestly, I hate going to the bank. If I have to go to the bank, I am grateful it’s this one. Unfortunately, my favorite banker is no longer there. However, his replacement seems absolutely excellent as well. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 18 years and going to the location on Sahara and Cimarron for over 9 years.
- CBChristine BreenSep 6, 20251.0I was almost the victim of a scam and the branch manager treated my with such disrespect. She acted like she had just thwarted a bank robbery, when it was my money and only my money that was in jeopardy. She put me in a cubicle asked for my cell # told me WF was going to call me. I sat there for over 45 min then she came to me and said, "why are you still here, there is nothing I can do for you." And as I was leaving she looked over her shoulder and said in a loud voice, "And don't even think of touching that money." I was so humiliated as I was beginning to realize that I had been the victim of a scam. Then she disabled my bank accounts and never even bothered to tell me. I have been with WF since 1986. I cannot even think about going back into that branch. I'm really thinking about ending my relationship with WF. This should have been handled so differently.

I walk in and get 18 people smiling at me and acting helpful but no one actually does anything. If I ran my business like this, I'd be on the street.
