  Staff are not educated in the banks policies and feed inaccurate and false information cause significant damage and not held responsible or have the ability to fix it. Lying to cover up mistakes and the responses to contact after a review is also a waste of time takes days while their mistakes destroy lives. They all need a long educational training session so they know what it is that they are informing clients and not the verbal diarrhea they spew out

  Worst customer service of any Wells Fargo I’ve been to. Sat in the drive thru with no other cars in front of me for 5 minutes, no teller in sight. I had to keep pushing the call button and saying hello to get anyone’s attention. Finally, someone took my deposit and said they would take care of it, but in the meantime, waited an additional 5 minutes, (and yes, I was timing it) then 10 minutes later, a different person put the receipt in the tube and said thank you have a nice day, no apology or anything. Horrible horrible horrible customer service experience! I previously worked in the banking industry and this customer service would not have been acceptable to our customers, so why is this ok with you Wells Fargo?

  The service in this bank branch has deteriorated significantly. There is often a long line here. So if you want to do something within the bank, you should plan enough time for it. The seating for older or disabled customers in the entrance area was also removed and replaced by more empty consultation areas. I also noticed some situations when customers were advised to simply do things online, which can be a problem for older people in particular.
