He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and was patient the whole time. I felt comfortable asking questions and he made the whole process less stressful. I really appreciate how friendly and understanding he is with customers. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I waited 30 min and no banker came up to me to ask me what I needed, I finally went up to a banker and asked if my appointment was still active since I had been waiting 30 min, he told me to go to the teller and see if they can assist me. The teller brings over the manager and the manager tells me that she doesn’t see my appointment and that I would need to make another appointment with a different branch. I showed her the call I had with the banker and she disregarded it. So not only did I waste about 45 min, but the manager was no help at all. So disappointed, I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 12 years and they continue to disappoint.
