I went in person and waited a half hour before I left. I called a different branch 10 min away and someone instantly picked up and got me an appointment within the hour. The management is an embarrassment.

Either you can't make a deposit one day, then unable to withdraw cash the next day, with the same machine. And there's no way to check ahead of time, if they're out of order. Very frustrating.
