- KBKimbo BabyDec 31, 20251.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I waited in line just to deposit a check, only to be told by a young teller (brown hair, glasses, gold hair clip) that she could not deposit it because the check was dated January 1st. I asked if I could at least use the Wells Fargo mobile app instead. She looked over at her coworker (a male teller with glasses), who simply shook his head dismissively, and she told me there was nothing I could do until Friday, since the bank would be closed the next day. Mind you, today is December 31st, and the check is dated 1/1/26. I left feeling brushed off and unsupported. Ironically, once I got home, I used the mobile app anyway and was able to receive partial payment, proving that the situation could have been handled better—or at least explained properly. Overall, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and my time was completely wasted. If you value your time, I’d honestly recommend going to a larger bank that actually works with you instead of pushing you out the door.
