Management needs to be fixed because I definitely don’t trust anyone here with my money or SS information!!!! I’d use a better bank so they don’t let 3 people cash fake checks on your account like they did mine! They don’t care about anyone but themselves!

Russell Rd. , Las Vegas, NV 89118. I was on the way to the bank with a scheduled appointment at 10:30 am. this morning of September 22, 2025. As I approached the lobby and without my knowledge, a banker saw me and asked my appointment time. I told her that it is 10:30 am scheduled appointment. To my astonishment, she offered time and willing to accommodate me while waiting for her next customer appointment time . At that moment, I was surprised and being so grateful for her willingness to provide time for a customer like me. She seems to be knowledgeable what’s she’s doing for such short time that made my premier CD renewal so efficient and by saving my precious time . This is the first time in my banking transaction experience to see a young banker who is willing to step up above and beyond my expectations . Normally, any customer should wait at the lobby until the prior customer is done. For such timing and an act of willingness is the key to make customers happy .
