- RFRyan FitzJan 2, 20261.0Hands down the slowest, most incompetent bank in Las Vegas. They only have three windows and it is very rare to see all three windows working at once. If there is more than 5 people in line, it is a guaranted 45 minute wait. If possible, avoid this bank at all costs
- TMTim MadsenDec 23, 20251.0Maggie, the new Manager, is very argumentative, likes to cut you off, overspeak you, and refuses to provide any customer service. Stay away from this WFB branch. Rude and unprofessional. Please don't say " I am sorry to hear about your experience" like your reply to the other 50 reviews below. If you were genuinely sorry, this wouldn't be happening over and over. WFB refuses to address the problems.
