Outstanding service from this branch today… understood why I was upset and handled the problem quickly and perfectly! Tho I am not a Wells Fargo customer, this bank showed incredible customer service today

- FJFred JepsonJun 6, 20251.0For the last 2 days my Wells Fargo bank branch has had NO CASH available from either drive-thru ATM with no posted explanation. I was forced to use a non-Wells ATM that charged $3.90/transaction - and its $200 per transaction limit meant 2 transactions would be required to pull out what I needed. So what would normally cost nothing at a Wells ATM ended up costing $7.80... or so I thought. Imagine my surprise to discover Wells Fargo ALSO charged me $3/transaction "non-Wells ATM fee"... so an additional $6 on top of the $7.80, for a total of $13.80 because Wells Fargo doesn't have their act together! OH NO YOU DI'N'T! After 25+years I think it is time to part ways with my bank. I hate to, but I'm done with with the post-Covid record gouging by corporate America. You're next, McDonalds! (seriously - Google "fast food gouging")
