  Horrible service. There were 4 agents sitting at their desks laughing, drinking Starbucks and doing nothing. One customer was being helped by a teller, that's it, no other customers. I needed a document notarized and the agent who helped me lied and said she had an appointment at 9:15AM and one at 9:30AM and if I wanted "I could wait" until 9:45AM to have my document notarized. First, the website only offers appointments in 30 minute increments so that's how I know she was lying, 2) the manager Jesus O. confirmed that she was lying by saying that she only had an appointment at 9:30AM but had "other things to do." She didn't. She immediately went back to her desk and was talking and laughing with the other clerks not doing anything on her computer. None of them. The manager didn't offer to notarize my document either and basically said, "you can go to the UPS store down the street if you want it notarized." Yeah. This is the service I get after banking with ya'll for over ten years. Thanks!

  Called and asked to get $25 box of pennies for a school project. Was told to come in and get it. Went in and was told “No, we can only do this for businesses”. The cashier and his boss were the ones I spoke to less than an hour before on the phone. Always something with Wells Fargo.
