- GMGyslaine MulambaJun 10, 20241.0I had a terrible experience to this location, I went to make a deposit into this branch with my 4years old daughter, there was a long line, it happens that my daughter wanted to use the restroom I asked them for help, they told me they don’t have a public restroom and I understand that is the rules, I asked to speak to a manager for help, a manager named Ray came up looked me in the eye and said I should take her to McDonald. I should leave the line and take the child to McDonald, I kindly explained to him that it’s only peeing and she is just a child she can’t hold it, he didn’t care. My child was helplessly begging him, the only thing he could say was I am sorry, I can’t. Before I walked out the door my daughter couldn’t hold it. And so I ask Wells Fargo, if Ray would let my Child use the restroom other than peeing on herself, would he get fired? He watched us walk out and didn’t care, people like Ray would watch someone dying and won’t do anything to help even though he has the possibility to.

I have 3 Business Accounts with Wells Fargo yet they don't have a Notary so I can conduct business??!?! The staff has always been great but they obviously need more.
