- ATAlda TahirajOct 5, 20251.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2020, and my experience has been consistently poor. Despite years of banking with them, my debit card limit was never increased. Recently, I filed a claim after a business attempted to take funds from my account without authorization. Wells Fargo initially refunded the money but then, after nearly two months, reversed the refund and took the money back. This shows a complete lack of trust in their own clients and an unwillingness to protect customers from fraudulent activity. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I no longer feel valued or secure banking with them. I would strongly recommend avoiding Wells Fargo if you expect reliability, fairness, and real customer support
