I told them I would open an account to transfer the money into, then wite it to my other account. The bank manager told the banker NOT to allow me to open an account since it was my intention to close it shortly after. I have never heard of this before. Also, the service was rude and rushed. Read some of the other reviews and you will find the same. I should have known better. Ana, the Teller, on the other hand was great! She was honestly trying to help me but the bank manager would not let her. I would only consider opening an account in the future with Ana

- EEEthanJun 3, 20242.0I go in there with my Wells Fargo credit card because I was trying to get money from the ATM with it and my pin that I had set up was not working. I simply needed it reset. They are looking at me like I'm an idiot and tell me "typically credit cards don't have pins". Then they offer to send me a new card, but I tell them the card is working fine just not the pin I had called the Wells Fargo number to set. Then they tell me "I'm sorry you're just gonna need to get a new card. We can't do anything like that." I'm in the hospitality/customer service industry myself. And when I have to tell someone no, I at least will be there to help thwm explore alternative options.
