- ATAmber TillmonNov 5, 20255.0My boy Ethan saved me some time!!! Super nice, super courteous, very friendly and knew his job. I just opened an account online and couldn't verify my identity because I had an account years ago. I tried to get assistance online and over the phone several times with no luck. I decided to go in person to handle everything and Ethan took care of EVERYTHING, verified my identity, updated my information AND let me know about new features Wells Fargo has that they didn't have when I had the account before. I was a little skeptical about opening an account but after speaking with Ethan he literally changed my mind. This will probably be my go to Wells Fargo no matter how far away it is from my house.

No one else was available so we left and went to another branch. This branch is not a viable branch for banking knowledge.
