- FGFrederick GiannettoOct 19, 20255.0Met with Frankie Varela because I had a short term cash shortage until a Certificate of Deposit came due in November. I wanted to get a signature loan to cover a month. Frankie Varela told me about another option; I could do a partial withdrawal of my C.D. The partial withdrawal would not affect my credit and I could only take what I needed instead of the minimum required for a loan (while only losing interest on the money I withdrew). It was a better option in every way. He gave me honest and professional advice instead of letting me take out a loan for no reason (and loans, fees, etc. are big money generators for banks). He gave me the best advice for me (instead of just selling a product for the bank). The experience has certainly generated a new/large amount of trust for Wells Fargo from my perspective (and I am an extremely skeptical person by nature). It is nice to see a bank offer innovative constructive solutions instead of just running up their revenues by selling more products.

And rejected an entire deposit right now at this moment, the 4th time. Someone Look into what's goin on with this branch. That's an odd amount of ATM issues in 1 weeks time.
