One super long term customer with a pile of business in front oh him still and now the line is out the door behind me. Poor poor customer service and not enough employees to help the customers. Never stopping at this branch again, leaving for another branch.

I called after he left and it was confirmed that they didn't bother to call me or looked into another system to double check. He is a very humble person not the kind to complain. It's a shame what they made him go through. I don't want this situation to happen to anyone else. Thank you.
