The entire team provides exceptional customer service - professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time. Special thanks to the branch manager, Maggie, who is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly sets the standard for great leadership. Betty was also wonderful - she goes above and beyond for customers. All the staff here are outstanding - you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this branch to anyone!

She then told me to come back in a week to get my money. Terrible customer service — they need to change managers. In Nov 5 I opened Cd in this location, I told the banker which she told me works 9 year with this bank I would like to my interest each month goes to my checking after 1 month I found , she did not do what I asked her I talk to manager and she apologized to me and she promised me she fix the problem. Guess what 2 months later I can not have access to my interest form my Cd ! I don’t recommend this location because they have the worst customer service.
