The entire team provides exceptional customer service - professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time. Special thanks to the branch manager, Maggie, who is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly sets the standard for great leadership. Betty was also wonderful - she goes above and beyond for customers. All the staff here are outstanding - you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this branch to anyone!

She then told me to come back in a week to get my money. Terrible customer service — they need to change managers. I was told they "can not make appointments over the phone", and I would have to go to the website, myself, to schedule an appointment. Horrible customer service. Wells Fargo just lost my business. I will go to another bank.
