- CPCristine PilsonDec 1, 20251.0DON'T BANK HERE!!! LONG WAITS!! THEY WILL OVERDRAFT YOUR ACCOUNT OVER AND OVER AND CHARGE ENORMOUS FEES! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Empty lobby but still waiting forever. Customer service line doesn't answer either. So stuck waiting.

I went in to add and remove signers for a non profit account we have, which I’ve done 4 times over the last 3 years and the banker manager plus personal banker Matt were very rude, treated us like we were trying to pull a scam, they didn’t know how to complete the procedure and wouldn’t ask anyone. They let us sit there for 45 mins without any update or to let us know they had no idea what they were doing. It was the biggest waste of an hour and I can’t believe how unintelligent and incapable they are at their jobs. This branch has turnover quicker than McDonalds - that tells you the quality of this branch. We are taking our money and business to another bank. I highly recommend that you don’t just walk away, but run away from Wells Fargo and this branch specifically.
- AKAaron KubliSep 11, 20241.0I recently moved to veags and my bank doesn't have locations here so I came in to open accounts here, but when I tried to I was turned away and told to go online. The lady was short and didn't even want to help. They were not busy and only had 1 customer with the tellers at the time, the rest of the employees were just standing around talking to each other. Obviously, if they can't be bothered to start doing business with a customer, I'm sure it only gets worse after they have you. It is not surprising though to see all of the other 1 star reviews of this branch when I came to write this.
