While I understand the branch can be busy and staff may be managing multiple tasks at once, the overall tone of the interaction felt unwelcoming. The demeanor presented did not reflect the level of courtesy and professionalism I typically expect during a banking visit. Brief moments of acknowledgment and a positive attitude contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. This is not what I received from Cristina. I hope this feedback is received as an opportunity to reinforce consistent service standards across all staff.
