- TTTJan 30, 20241.0Had appointment w/ Carol at this branch a few weeks before moving to Manila, Philippines. She changed my account to lower fees & got new debit card sent to me. Other than that, not helpful at all. She knows it's difficult to bank in another country & didn't help. Now I'm in Manila & I cannot even pay for a place to live because she didn't inform me of how impossible Wells Fargo makes it to wire money from my WF account to someone else's bank account in Philippines. Typical WF employee, useless when it comes to things that really matter. I'd give zero stars if I could.
