- KMKristie MosoraDec 7, 20231.0I just left this bank. I’m still in the parking lot. My Wells Fargo autograph credit card was stolen so I went in the bank right away to cancel it. I was the only person there at the time, and they refused to help me saying there was nothing they could do, they then said that I could sit and wait for a banker to help me when it was my turn so upon looking around every banker was sitting in their office on their cell phones with no customers, but refused to see me. I asked a few people working there if they were the manager or if they knew who the manager was and they completely ignored me. I have all my accounts through Wells Fargo business accounts and everything. I now I’m considering looking for another place to bank, because just moving here I never wanna come back to the bank again! I just moved here from Raleigh and I loved Wells Fargo. This is so very sad to me.
