I have made a formal complaint and hopefully there's an investigation the prior bank that I was at roughly an hour before I went to this one fraudulently put an alert on my bank account. Creating a whole new situation at this Bank. Went in there with my ID and my face uncovered and properly answered security questions as another form of ID so I can withdraw money from my joint account they denied me Mario Garcia at window number three. Lied and said that I said my social security number wrong. Yes that is true at a bank I answered a security question and they lied and said that I said it wrong right there in their face I was recording them with the audio recorder I offered the manager Crystal Owens to be able to listen that I said my social security number right she denied me and lied about the law she said it was a two-party agreeance on recording no that's only on telephone calls. So they literally lied about top security things about my account and me. Resulting in me not having access to my joint bank account
