- BBBrianOct 17, 20255.0I have had nothing but good experiences from the start. I visited 3 banks and 3 credit unions looking to open an account. Every place I went to wasn't very friendly and told me all of the information was online. Zero help. I walked into this bank and Shelby greeted us immediately. She took the time to baby step me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I immediately felt welcomed. I can not say enough good things about Shelby. She's smart, personable, professional, helpful, compassionate, etc. Not only is she great at her job but you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. She has been so extremely helpful. The branch manager Teresa is amazing as well. When I was asking questions about starting an account Shelby introduced me to Teresa who was also very helpful and friendly and had no problem breaking things down for me. I have been very pleased so far. I didn't feel pressured or made to feel stupid for not knowing things. I really appreciate how helpful they have been and how easy they have made this process for me.

She stayed late and went out of her way to get my accounts squared away. I have had banking experiences on both ends of the spectrum. Waking in with no appointment, late on a Monday, and without all of the necessary documents; I was braced for a challenging attitude. All I received was help, guidance and an attitude of “Welcome to Nevada State Bank.” I could not be happier and I am very appreciative of her efforts. Try and find that at one of the Big Banks!
