- BBBrianOct 17, 20255.0I have had nothing but good experiences from the start. I visited 3 banks and 3 credit unions looking to open an account. Every place I went to wasn't very friendly and told me all of the information was online. Zero help. I walked into this bank and Shelby greeted us immediately. She took the time to baby step me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I immediately felt welcomed. I can not say enough good things about Shelby. She's smart, personable, professional, helpful, compassionate, etc. Not only is she great at her job but you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. She has been so extremely helpful. The branch manager Teresa is amazing as well. When I was asking questions about starting an account Shelby introduced me to Teresa who was also very helpful and friendly and had no problem breaking things down for me. I have been very pleased so far. I didn't feel pressured or made to feel stupid for not knowing things. I really appreciate how helpful they have been and how easy they have made this process for me.

MS Cody has the unique ability of making you feel like you're"Jed Clampett" regardless of the amount of funds you are dealing with or even if you are their customer or not. You get 5 star treatment here at this Location..I would also like to mention The Branch Service Manager Nancy Gonzalez for her Patience and Kindness in dealing with customers. For the best experiences with NSB this is the Branch you want to do business with Hands Down!!!
