- JHJ HDec 18, 20251.0If I could give a Zero star review I would. I had to work with Jaleen and she was an absolute nightmare. She told me that the process for the SBA loan would take 2 to 3 weeks at the most ended up taking close to seven weeks to process everything because she would take three or four days to get back to me and then would proceed to give me the same excuse every time about why she was late to getting back to me then, once the loan processes, she can explain anything to me any further, but then offers me a credit card and says I’m gonna receive a letter in the mail from the SBA and I’ve never received a letter and after speaking to two other smaller banks that do SBA loans which one of them is going to help me further what I’m doing now said that the bank gets the letter directly. I’ve reached out to the bank and the branch manager there at the location at flamingo in Fort Apache and no one has reached back out to me to give me any sort of information. I’ve also reached out to multiple other locations here in Las Vegas, which they have also said that the branch manager has not been able to get back to them trying to start a small business in general is hard, but when the bank makes it harder on you and you can’t get any answers from the SBA nor the bank because the SBA says that everything comes directly through the lender. It just seems like the bank doesn’t care. I deposited quite a bit of money into a business bank account and will be going over and closing that out this week. I would not recommend doing business with this bank. Find another credit union here in town.Lexicon is amazing.
